In an interview with Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani on "Huffington Post Live", R.Kelly storms out of the interview after being questioned about sexual allegations regarding his involvements with underage girls. Many took to twitter using the #AskRKelly addressing his disgusting past.
As much as we all love R.Kelly's music, there are some people who contend to not support his music because of his past. With this latest interview, I am now one of those people. Throughout the interview ( past the 7 minute mark is where the interview goes left), R.Kelly seemed like he was completely unaware of those fans who protest against him and felt that the host, Modarressy-Tehrani, was attacking him. Actually, she was just reading some of the tweets associated with the hashtag from that interview. Modarressey-Tehrani simply asked "What do you say to fans who are conflicted?". The host could not even get an answer to her question without R.Kelly getting defensive.
Dear R.Kelly,
You need to realize that those tweets did not come from the host but they came from people who genuinely feel that you should not be supported. In fact, there are large percentage of people who feel this way, so don't act like everybody is fan of yours. Please don't act like people forgot what you did, more importantly, don't forgot what you did because I'm pretty sure those women you raped did not forget. I would have given you the benefit of the doubt had you not stated sexist comments toward the host, commenting on her appearance and insulting her intelligence. This interview made me realize the sick and disgusting human being that you are. Thank you for this revelation.
P.S.- Good luck on your upcoming album, I hope it doesn't flop like your previous albums have.
Sincerely,
Former fan
